The faulty TV was dead on arrival. After calling in technical support, I was sent a consignment order for courier to collect the item. I am expected to repack the 30kg, 65 inch television back into the box, print out stickers and wait at home for courier to collect at an hours notice. Haven't heard from the courier and the faulty TV is still sitting dead in my living room. I don't have refund yet either. Won't ever take the risk with a factory seconds again. Not worth the hassle if faulty.
